Terms and conditions

Last updated: October 10, 2026

These terms govern the use of Florida Real Estate Pass (the “platform”). By creating an account or subscribing you accept them.

1. What we offer

An online platform to prepare for the Florida Sales Associate exam: topic practice, mock exams in the official format, history, review and a glossary, in Spanish and English.

We are an independent exam-prep service. We are not affiliated with, sponsored or approved by the DBPR, the FREC, Pearson VUE or any official body. Using the platform does not guarantee passing the exam or obtaining a license.

2. Your account

You sign in with a one-time code we email you. Use an address you control and keep your access secure; you can turn on a second factor in your account.

Accounts are personal. Do not share them or resell access. You must be at least 18 years old.

3. Free practice

You can take a 5-question practice without an account or payment. If you create an account afterwards, that result is saved to it.

4. Subscription and payments

Full access is offered as a monthly subscription at the price shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card details.

Your first subscription starts with 14 days free. You add your card when you start, but nothing is charged until those 14 days end; then the first monthly payment is made. If you cancel before then, you are not charged. The free trial is once per account.

The subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account; you keep access until the end of the period already paid and are not charged again.

If a renewal payment fails, we will retry and notify you. If it is not resolved, access ends at the end of the last paid period. Your history is kept.

We may change the price for future periods with advance notice; changes never affect a period already paid.

5. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable, including partially used periods, unless applicable law requires otherwise or an error on our side prevented you from using the service. If you think that applies to you, write to us.

6. Acceptable use

Use the platform only for your personal study. Do not copy, publish, sell or scrape questions, explanations or other content, and do not try to access other people’s accounts or data or interfere with the service.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

7. Content

We review content carefully, but it may contain errors or become outdated if rules change. It does not replace official materials or professional advice. If you spot an error, use “Report a problem” on the question.

The platform’s content, design and software belong to us or our licensors.

8. Liability

The platform is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost opportunities, and our total liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; we will notify you of significant changes. They are governed by the laws of the State of Florida (USA).
